Sage Leaders Recognized by Top Accounting Publications

IRVINE, CA–(Oct 6, 2014) – Sage North America, a leading provider of business management software and services to small and medium-sized businesses, today announced that Pascal Houillon, president and CEO, and Jennifer Warawa, vice president and general manager for Sage Accountant Solutions, were named to Accounting Today’s 2014 Top 100 Most Influential People in the accounting profession. Warawa was also selected as a CPA Practice Advisor 40 Under 40 award recipient.

For over a decade, Accounting Today has developed the annual “Top 100 Most Influential People” list, which profiles a wide range of figures who wield influence over the accounting profession, from firm managing partners to state and federal regulators, thought leaders, academics, consultants and grassroots activists.

CPA Practice Advisor’s 40 Under 40 awards recognize young professionals who are impacting the broader accounting and tax profession. These may be individuals currently practicing in the tax and accounting space, or those who work with professionals and firms to help them achieve greater productivity and growth in their firms. The 2014 class of 40 Under 40 honorees represent some of the best and brightest talent in the accounting profession. This year’s award winners were announced in CPA Practice Advisor’s September issue.
