The NewGen NetSuite Advanced Transaction Emailing expands NetSuite features around emailing transaction records (invoices, purchase orders, etc.). This addon allows you to modify the recipient, cc’d parties and the body of the email on the fly.
The addon adds an “Email” button to the transaction that when clicked opens up a pop-up that allows you to modify the recipient, cc’d parties and the body of the email. When the pop-up is submitted the email is built, sent and a record of the sent email is put on the communication tab of the transaction.
